The consulate history, the relation with the Lebanese Government
The Consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Lebanon was opened in June 20, 2002 with the appointment of Mr. Yusuf A. Kan’an as Honorary Consul. Since, the Consulate was the link between the two Republics: Kazakhstan and Lebanon, and succeeded to have a very good relationship with the Lebanese Government.
Kazakhstan has appointed Charge d’Affaires en pied of Kazakhstan in Lebanon, based in Beirut, Mr. Darkhan A.Koxegenov
The main goal of the Consulate in Lebanon is to promote opportunities between Kazakhstan and Lebanon in order to develop and expand bilateral relations in the areas of trade, commerce, government, education and economy.
Visa requirements
Entry and exit visa are issued by the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan, organizations and consulates of the Foreign Ministry located abroad, as well as by the interior offices authorized by the Ministry to carry out these functions in the country’s territory.
The Diplomatic mission of Kazakhstan issues visas in Beirut, Verdun Street, 732, 11 floor.
